 I first met Liesa at the University of Akron while I was a student in the School of Social Work. Liesa was very approachable as a professor. She was very eager to share her knowledge of Social Work and teach her students everything she knows. I had the pleasure of having Liesa as a professor in undergrad, grad school, and as a supervisor for my internship program. I always felt that I was in the very best capable and caring hands. She provided great mentoring and counseling for her students, interns, and clients. She always took the time to listen and provide great  feedback.
